Statement:

Hallo there, PEI!  My name is Janine Karpakis, and I'm running to make our province stronger, healthier, and more connected. As a family doctor for over 30 years, a proud wife, and a mom, I've spent my life listening to people and helping them through tough times. I know firsthand that a healthy community starts with a healthcare system that works for everyone-not just a prescription for pills, but a plan to fix what's broken in our provincial system. I believe prosperity comes when we get the basics right: strong healthcare, quality education, and a fair justice system. These are the pillars that keep our economy thriving and our communities vibrant. I'm all in for building that foundation and making sure every voice in P El is heard. Originally from South Africa, I've called Canada home for years-15 in Alberta before falling in love with PEI just a year ago. What I admire most about this province is you-the people. Your compassion, your generosity, and your commitment to freedom and inclusion are the heart of true Canadian values. I want to serve you, to make sure every community in PEI has the support and resources it needs to thrive. Let's work together to lift up PEI-because when we lean in as a community, we all rise. Vote for me, and I'll fight for a healthier, stronger future for all of us.
